Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Hardware Architecture. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the design and development of innovative hardware architectures tailored for AI applications. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive technological advancements and ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and reliability.

Here's your canvas:

• Lead the development of next-generation hardware architectures for AI computing, encompassing CPU, GPU, and accelerator designs.
• Define and drive the overall hardware strategy, aligning with business objectives and market demands.
• Manage a team of hardware architects and engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with software, firmware, and system engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.
• Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of architectural trade-offs, performance metrics, and system-level optimizations.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating innovative solutions into hardware designs.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product competitiveness and market positioning.
  

You'll thrive with us if you have these elements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in hardware architecture design and development, preferably in the AI/ML domain.
• Proven track record of leading successful hardware architecture projects from concept to production.
• Strong expertise in CPU, GPU, and accelerator architectures, including familiarity with emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and quantum computing.
• Proficiency in hardware description languages (e.g., Verilog, VHDL) and simulation tools (e.g., ModelSim, VCS).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and achieving results.
