POSTE ALTERNANT RH ADMIN PAIE
Au sein de l'équipe Ressources Humaines du site de Drancy, nous vous proposons une alternance évolutive de deux ans, pendant laquelle vous abordez l'ensemble des activités RH dans l'idée de vous offrir une expérience généraliste variée.
La première année de l'alternance sera dédiée à des missions d'administration du personnel, de reporting et de communication interne tandis que la deuxième année sera centrée autour de la formation, du recrutement des stagiaires et alternants, et de missions de développement RH.

Responsabilités & Activités Clés
Gestion administrative:
Vous aurez en charge la gestion du personnel relative à l'embauche des collaborateurs, leur suivi quotidien et leur sortie d l'entreprise (contrats, avenants, mutuelle, prévoyance, attestations...)
Vous coordonnez le parcours d'intégration des nouveaux embauchés via notre outil SIRH
Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les différents services support (IT, Finance, Site Management...)
Vous aurez la responsabilité de la gestion des temps des collaborateurs (congés, arrêts de travail, absences diverses, CET...)
Vous serez également le garant des règles applicables au temps de travail (convention collectives, accords d'entreprise...)
Vous serez en charge de la saisie des éléments variables et du contrôle de la paie
Reporting:
Vous serez en charge du suivi et de la mise à jour des tableaux de bords RH (effectifs, suivi du temps de travail...)
Vous établirez les déclarations obligatoires (DPAE)
Vous pourrez être amené(e) à participer et à épauler l'équipe RH sur la mise en place de projets transversaux, et en communication interne.
Le deuxième année sera centrée autour du développement RH pour vous permettre d'acquérir un socle de compétences complet.
Compétences Professionnelles :
Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.) indispensable
Première expérience en SIRH
Maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus
