- Préparer les cabines pour les essayages et assister aux rendez-vous si besoin en complément de la Couture Salon Manager,
- Maintenir l'agenda des rendez-vous aux Salons et préparer tous les documents administratifs relatifs à la vente (devis, bon de commande etc.),
- Relier toutes les ventes au système interne PLM et commander les fournitures des Salons et Store (Boissons, vaisselle etc.),
- Préparer les expéditions et exportations des commandes ainsi que les factures.
- Maintenir un inventaire net et précis de la collection via le système Launchmetrics,
- Gérer et préparer tous les envois presse ainsi que les envois à la teinturerie en fonction de l'état des pièces,
- Gérer et booker les intérimaires et toutes les commandes de fournitures de collection (packaging, cintres, papier de soie etc.).
- Coordonner et encadrer les évènements clients (shows RTW et Couture, trunkshows) et organiser tous les déplacements des équipes et de la collection
- Maintenir un budget à jour des dépenses du Couture Store et des Salons de Couture et faire passer toutes les factures dans ESKER en assurant un suivi régulier,
- Une personne dotée de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en tant que back office manager dans un environnement de luxe (Flagship Store ou Hôtel) ou en tant que coordinateur de showroom,
- Un professionnel bilingue en anglais et français ayant une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques tels qu'Excel, Power Point et InDesign
- Une personne proactive, rigoureuse et autonome avec un sens aigu de l'organisation.
