    Description

    Poste : Vous êtes un maillon essentiel de notre croissance. Avec pédagogie et engagement, vous prenez en main la montée en compétences des
    commerciaux terrain.

    Missions :

    * Concevoir et mettre en oeuvre des programmes de formation pour les équipes commerciales,
    * Mettre en place les bons outils (mémos, books, jeux de rôles et de simulation...),
    * Organiser des sessions de formation pour les nouvelles recrues et des parcours adaptés,
    * Intervenir en tant que formateur pour les commerciaux rencontrant des difficultés,
    * Partager les évolutions de nos offres, de nos techniques de vente, de nos outils et de nos règles d'utilisation,
    * Observer et identifier les axes d'amélioration,
    * Déterminer les besoins en formation.

    Localisation du poste : Paris 2

    Quelques déplacements annuels à prévoir dans les agences en France.
    Profil : * Bac+2 minimum
    * Maîtrise de Powerpoint et googles slides
    * Au moins une expérience validée sur un poste similaire

    Vous maîtrisez les techniques pédagogiques propres au field sales et vous justifiez d'une belle expérience dans ce domaine.

    Grâce à cet atout essentiel, vous accompagnez avec bienveillance et efficacité nos équipes. Orienté business et vente, vous faîtes
    preuve d'une grande rigueur et vous êtes force de proposition pour améliorer les process.
