- Utilize QuickBooks for accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records.
- Perform meticulous reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.
- Monitor and oversee incoming scheduled, pending, and declined payments.
- Manage collections accounts, including proactive customer outreach for payment follow-ups.
- Ensure prompt collection of deposits and liaise with banks and customers as necessary.
- Engage in effective customer communications, addressing collection issues and resolving challenges proactively.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Builderstrend is essential for this role.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Familiarity with Google Apps such as Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is considered advantageous.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
