- Manage daily invoicing and financial entries using the latest industry software.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and reconciliations.
- Oversee monthly financial reporting and maintain comprehensive records.
- Handle administrative tasks including credit requests and proof of deliveries.
- Manage extended warranty documentation and process claims efficiently.
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with a preference for candidates familiar with the appliance industry.
- A quick learner who is extremely detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
