- Handles data entry in QuickBooks.
- Maintains and updates financial records, inclusive but not limited to bookkeeping and managing AP/AR
- Answers phone calls and emails from internal and external customers.
- Schedules and coordinates appointments and meetings as needed.
- Monitors incoming scheduled, pending, and declined payments.
- Manages collections accounts by performing customer outreach.
- Must be comfortable following up with customers, collecting, and having difficult conversations.
- 2+ years working as a remote employee.
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
- 2+ years of QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Superb English communication skills both oral and written to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Experience with Google Apps: Spreadsheet, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is a plus.
- A BBA or a degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines.

Description
We are looking for a bookkeeper with e-commerce experience to join our US-based organization. The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on bookkeeping experience for e-commerce businesses.
The Role
Compensation: $5 to $7 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
