- Maintain and update financial records, including bookkeeping and managing accounts payable/receivable.
- Handle data entry in QuickBooks.
- Monitor incoming scheduled, pending, and declined payments.
- Manage collections accounts through proactive customer outreach.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
- Answer phone calls and emails from both internal and external customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding collections, navigating challenging conversations comfortably.
- Over 2 years of experience working remotely.
- At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for more than 2 years.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Familiarity with Google Apps: Spreadsheets, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is a plus.
- A BBA or a related degree is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with tight deadlines.
