    Meet your team

    You will join a team of talented Engineers to ensure we are providing best in class customer service and technical solutions to our clients. As our brand continues to grow, it's extremely important for our Engineering team to quickly and efficiently deploy and implement technical solutions that meet our client's goals, in conjunction with our sales and success teams.

    As the Integrations Engineer, you will be responsible for owning your own integration implementation projects and providing a high level of technical excellence. You will collaborate closely with sales, implementation managers, product and engineers to ensure we are providing a best in class experience.

    What you'll do

  • Implement integrations between Choco API and customers' ERP system using Choco's low code integration platform (N8n)
  • Format and map data between different systems
  • Build reusable integration components using JavaScript or Python
  • Provide technical assistance to partners who are building integrations towards Choco API
  • Respond to advanced product and technical questions and questionnaires in a precise and timely manner
  • Document technical considerations and contribute to internal knowledge bases as a resource for other teams, customers, and partners

    • What we're looking for

  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You have a background in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • You have a solid understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript
  • You have a solid understanding of how to leverage REST APIs
  • You have a good understanding of SFTP servers
  • You have a good understanding of common authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0
  • You have project management experience and have managed multiple complex implementations in parallel
