    PARIS, FRANCE

    We are currently looking for a Platform Integration Firmware Validation Engineer. The position is based in Paris as part of the Platform Integration Baseband team that is in charge of validating the low level physical layer software of the 4G & 5G Sequans solutions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    You will develop an embedded software environment aiming at testing:

    • the DSP based firmware functions on an emulation platform (Cadence Palladium ) and on real ASIC silicon
    • the DSP algorithm performances on real silicon with test equipments (synchronization and downlink channels, uplink decoding, throughput tests, inter cells tests with channel emulators,...)

    You will also build the test framework to automate non-regression tests.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

    • Good programming skills in python and embedded C/C++
    • Knowledge in LTE or NR PHY layer and signal processing
    • Knowledge of Python Panda and NumPy is a plus
    • Used to work in a Linux environment
    • Control version systems: GIT
