    Cyclomedia est un fournisseur international de premier plan, spécialisé en geodata et doté da la technologie la plus avancée en matière de systèmes de cartographie mobile. La société est présente aux États-Unis, aux Pays-Bas, en Allemagne et dispose de représentations commerciales dans les pays scandinaves, en République tchèque, au Royaume-Uni, en Belgique, en France, en Espagne et en Italie.

    Poste

    Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, nous recrutons un Senior Account Manager (h/f) pour rejoindre l'entité française de Cyclomedia afin d'accompagner notre développement sur le territoire national.

    Rattaché(e)) au Directeur Commercial France, vous superviserez la mise en œuvre d'une stratégie mondiale sur le marché français, ciblant les autorités locales telles que les métropoles, les municipalités, etc.

    Vos principales missions

    Définir, développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie commerciale et marketing axée sur les grandes villes, les départements et les organisations de services publics.

    Mettre en place un modèle commercial direct et indirect dans le territoire pour accélérer la croissance

    Constituer un portefeuille équilibré d'affaires en veillant à apporter un mix d'affaires de taille moyenne et importante

    Une collaboration approfondie avec l'équipe Marketing et Développement est nécessaire pour fournir des retours sur les besoins des clients et du marché, et soutenir la définition de la feuille de route future de notre organisation sur le territoire français

    Promouvoir les solutions Smart City de Cyclomedia, y compris nos produits standard et nos solutions d'analyse de données, pour atteindre les objectifs fixés sur le territoire.

    Transformer les opportunités en contrats.

    Mener les appels d'offres pour le marché gouvernemental.

    Identifier les problèmes et défis des organisations du territoire et travailler avec l'équipe Produits et Solutions pour créer des solutions innovantes répondant à ces besoins commerciaux.

    Collaborer avec les différents acteurs des gouvernements locaux et des organisations de services publics (dont C-Level)

    La gestion systématique du portefeuille clients, la création d'une boîte à outils commerciaux et un leadership fort sont essentiels à la réussite.

    Gestion du CRM

    Être prêt à à vous déplacer régulièrement pour accompagner au mieux vos clients.

    Développer votre réseau pour ouvrir le marché de Cyclomedia sur l'ensemble du territoire français

    Participer à des événements marketing et des conférences pertinents pour continuer à promouvoir la marque et les solutions de Cyclomedia.

    Profil

    Votre profil

    Un minimum de 7 ans d'expérience est souhaité

    Diplômé(e) a minima d'un Bac + 3 (Systèmes de technologie ou Ecole Commerce)

    Posture de leader dans un environnement complexe avec de nombreux parties prenantes.

    Expérience dans la vente, la promotion, le soutien à la fois des données et des solutions d'analyse de
    données (solutions d'IA)

    Expérience significative dans la relation avec le gouvernement et les industries de l'infrastructure/des services publics

    Expérience dans les infrastructures routières (inspection des routes, diagnostic)

    Une expérience dans les solutions SIG/GEO sera un plus

    Expérience dans les appels d'offres

    Solides compétences en communication et en négociation

    Curiosité naturelle, capacités d'analyse, orientation résultats et résolution de problèmes, capacités à penser « out of the box »

    Orientation relation client, entregent

    Un fort esprit d'entreprise pour obtenir le meilleur résultat possible, capacités à prendre des risques calculés et gérer votre domaine de responsabilité

    Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais

    Rémunération : fixe + variable en fonction du profil
