    Mission

    En tant que Stagiaire – Consultant(e) Junior Conduite du Changement, vous avez l'opportunité d'accompagner des acteurs de premier plan de différents secteurs d'activité (Retail, Transport, Automobile, Industrie, Logistique...) dans les enjeux liés à leur transformation digitale et à l'innovation.

    Selon votre profil et aspiration, vous intégrez des équipes internationales et intervenez de façon opérationnelle dans des projets de conduite du changement.

    Vous préparerez nos entreprises clientes au changement durant toutes les étapes d'une transformation liée à l'implémentation de systèmes d'information, à l'externalisation (tierce maintenance applicative, processus métiers...) ou à une transformation numérique.

    Vous participez à des actions pour minimiser les impacts sur les parties prenantes et réduire les risques liés à l'humain sur les projets.

    Activités

    Vous mènerez, sous la responsabilité des membres seniors de l'équipe, les activités de conduite de changement suivantes :

    • En priorité, les actions de communication (stratégie et plan de communication, suivi, production de supports de communication) en tenant compte des différents profils à adresser
    • De manière optionnelle et en fonction des besoins/opportunités: Analyse d'impact (participation aux entretiens, comptes rendus, rapports), stratégie et plan d'accompagnement au changement; Formation (stratégie de formation, analyse des besoins, plan de formation, coordination); Accompagnement après mise en œuvre (stratégie, retour d'expérience, plan de renforcement)
    • Vous contribuerez au suivi des activités et à la coordination avec les membres de l'équipe (interne et client)
    • Vous contribuerez à la documentation autour de notre activité

    Votre Profil

    Vous êtes en dernière année de formation Bac+5 délivré par un établissement accrédité en France.

    Vous communiquez couramment en français et en anglais.

    Vous recherchez un stage de fin d'études pour une durée entre 4 et 6 mois.

    Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement de travail collaboratif et international.
