    Description

    Join our team as a Marketing Project Expert to lead innovative accounting technology projects at Regate with Qonto's financial solutions. Directly report to the Head of Marketing for the Regate Business Unit, collaborating with local and global marketing team members to define and execute our marketing strategy. Manage high-impact projects and collaborate with various stakeholders within the company and external partners.

    As a Marketing Project Expert at Qonto, you will:

    • Act as the main representative of the Regate Marketing team for epic launches: support stakeholders in fine-tuning the GTM for new features and rolling out actions to achieve company objectives.
    • Coordinate global strategic projects: set high-level marketing objectives, select stakeholders, coordinate marketing efforts, measure results, and collect key learnings.
    • Ensure alignment on marketing OKRs and strategy: help define quarterly OKRs aligned with company and Growth team priorities.
    • Own and enhance budget management: define tools and processes for budget allocation, partnering with Finance, Revenue, and Data teams.
    • Ensure Marketing excellence: share best practices, build standards/processes for global and local teams.

    • Communication: exceptional verbal and written skills
    • Experience: 3+ years in marketing and project management roles
    • Languages: fluent in French and English
