- Vous analysez et améliorez le taux de retour par la recommandation de solutions ;
- Vous assurez le suivi des améliorations continues avec les ateliers ;
- Vous participez à l'industrialisation produit conjointement aux équipes développement et matière ;
- Vous gérez les tests qualité sur les produits ;
- Vous menez la mise au point et la validation des échantillons, depuis l'OK prod jusqu'au OK livraison ;
- Vous assurez la conformité de la production avec les TDS ;
- Vous gérez les dérives qualité en production, conjointement avec les équipes développement et matière ;
- Vous visitez les usines tout au long de la production pour contrôler et veiller au respect de notre grade de qualité (déplacements hebdomadaires au Portugal, en Italie et en Espagne) ;
- Vous validez les PPS et shipment samples ;
- Vous créez et mettez à jour les fiches techniques de production, et assurez le suivi des corrections et fitting ;
- Vous mettez à jour au quotidien les outils de suivi de collection ;
- Vous suivez les échantillons shooting, dans le respect du rétroplanning ;
- Vous mettez à jour les cahiers des charges ;
- Vous êtes garante du respect des normes qualité et juridiques sur le production.
- Vous mettez en avant une expérience d'au moins 10 ans dans le domaine de la qualité, et d'une forte connaissance technique dans l'accessoire cuir (chaussures, maroquinerie) ;
- Vous possédez le souci du détail et une forte sensibilité produit mode/luxe ;
- D'un naturel autonome, vous savez faire preuve d'initiative ;
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à échanger avec les fournisseurs et vous êtes familier(-ère) du fonctionnement interne des usines où vous aimez passer du temps - de nombreux déplacements sont à prévoir ;
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans un rôle polyvalent et êtes capable de prioriser et vous adapter afin de gérer plusieurs projets ;
- Vous avez un bon relationnel et vous épanouissez dans le travail d'équipe.
- Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement international, et pratiquez pour cela un Anglais courant ; le Portugais ou l'Espagnol serait un plus.
