    Nous recherchons un RESSOURCE MANAGER H-F pour rejoindre notre société Great Place To Work

    Mission

    Votre mission permettre à SQORUS de répondre efficacement aux besoins de nos clients et entretenir un réseau de Freelances de qualité.

    Pour ce faire, vous devrez définir et opérer les stratégies d'acquisition et de fidélisation de nos freelances.

    Véritable business Partner du commerce, vous serez intégré au sein de l'équipe commerciale :

    Acquisition de talents:

    · Récupérer et comprendre les briefs de nos besoins avec vos clients internes

    · Proposer et mettre en œuvre les stratégies d'acquisition permettant de répondre efficacement aux besoins

    · Création et diffusion des annonces et sourcing sur les plateformes dédiées

    · Réaliser les premiers entretiens de pré-qualification et de validation RH des candidats

    · Rédiger les comptes rendus d'entretien

    · Assurer le monitoring et le reporting de votre activité.

    Animation de la communauté de freelances :

    · Talent nurtering : suivi du vivier de freelances actif et inactif par offre SQORUS

    · Définition de la stratégie d'animation et de communication du réseau de Freelances en fonction de leur attentes et des enjeux SQORUS

    Profil

    Vous avez à minima, une première expérience en acquisition de talent ou commerciale dans le domaines du conseil / cabinet de recrutement.

    Vous êtes orienté.e résultat et business.

    Votre ténacité, réactivité et agilité sont des qualités qui vous sont reconnus.

    La compréhension de nos métiers est un vrai plus : AMOA / AMOE / Projets SI Finance et transformation - Conseil, intégration et gestion du cycle de vie (comptabilité, facturation, achats, moyens de paiement, trésorerie, ...) – Data management, Analytics, Digital application
