Les 350 collaborateurs de nos usines basées en Région Parisienne, en Alsace, en Allemagne et dans la Vallée de la Loire œuvrent chaque jour à la fabrication de produits de qualité exceptionnelle.
Dans cette dynamique, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Ingénieur Qualité Acoustique. Vigie de notre politique Qualité au sein des ateliers de production, vous êtes est le garant de la qualité et de l'amélioration des produits et process (1200 références produits finis, 4000 ordres de fabrication, 50000 enceintes).
Votre poste et vos missions
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Qualité, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Méthodes, Contrôle qualité et Maintenance, vous garantissez les process de fabrication des produits acoustiques dans une logique constante d'amélioration de la productivité, de la qualité et des coûts de revient.
Vos missions :
Analyse et traitement des récurrences de non-conformité acoustiques,
Améliorer l'outil de suivi de résultat QC acoustique (KPI qualité produit et performance process),
Réaliser des plans de surveillances acoustiques par référence de produit fini.
Pilotage des réunions d'amélioration continue acoustiques avec les équipes dédiées,
Rédaction des fiches de non-conformité et des rapports d'essais (Réalisation des tests, essais et mesures acoustiques et vibratoires)
Participer à l'Intégration des nouveaux produits (en phase pré-série)
Participer à la suivi et amélioration des outils de contrôles QC.
Rédaction et mise à jour de la documentation Qualité Interne Production (procédure, standard opérationnelle, gammes de contrôle QC)
Formalisation et implémentation des formations Qualité acoustiques pour les différents services du site industriel (QC, retouche)
Votre profil
De formation Ingénieur ou titulaire d'un diplôme de Technicien supérieur en acoustique / électroacoustique, traitement du signal, ou mesures physiques avec une spécialisation acoustique,
Vous avez acquis 3 à 5 d'expérience dans la réalisation de tests et mesures acoustiques, dans un environnement industriel.
Vous maîtrisez les outils de résolution de problèmes et des standards de maîtrise des procédés de fabrication.
Vous connaissez la lecture de plan, les méthodes de contrôle, divers outils métier (ERP-Microsoft Dynamics), les outils de résolution de problème (8D, 5S, 5M, AMDEC, QQOQCP, analyse de risques, ...).
Vous contribuer à remonter et à résoudre les problèmes, vous allez à l'essentiel en priorisant les tâches, vous savez et aimez travailler en équipe, vous êtes acteur du changement.
Votre esprit terrain, votre rigueur et vos capacités de synthèse écrite et orale seront des atouts pour ce poste.
L'anglais est un plus.
