    Join us as a Performance Acquisition Analyst to enable our growth teams to scale efficiently Qontos client acquisitionYou will work closely with our Acquisition team and data and finance ones and join a team of 4 analysts

    As a Performance Acquisition Analyst at Qonto you will
    Build the process amp; tools to facilitate the definition of a strong plan and strategy from all acquisition teams SEO Paid Search Push Ads Referral Affiliation; Enable an efficient performance monitoring for every performance channel through an optimized tracking strategy a continuous improvement of data visualization and adoption of best standards on performance rituals ; Find actionable root causes of problems we may face through a comprehensive analysis of our performance and follow an action plan until we get results Define the performance monitoring standards within growth planning amp; steering team

    About your future manager
    Your manager will be who oversees the Growth Planning amp; Steering team Their path: After an experience in FPamp;A at Dassault Systèmes and Sales Operations at Criteo he was Head of Business Performance at Vestiaire Collective and then joined the Qontos Growth team in May 2022 What they can bring to you: Within a small team of experts we can bring you autonomy and trust to shape your projects but also support and challenge to help you progress in your professional ambitions

    About You
    You have at least 5 years of experience dealing with online performance marketing channels and developing a wise business sense You are a great team player and are at ease interacting and working with senior stakeholders growth amp; country directors to deliver actions amp; results; You have a powerful analytical mindset and you can handle a wide variety and volume of data SQL andor knowledge of marketing tools is a plus; You can build easytouse models out of complex questions at Qonto we use GSheet Anaplan is a plus
