- Participer à la définition de la stratégie d'observabilité,
- En fonction du ou des outils choisis, en relation avec les équipes IT ClientOps et Infrastructure, configurer et mettre à disposition les tableaux de bord et alertes de monitoring applicatif,
- En lien avec les équipes support et projet applicatives, identifier et prévenir les mauvaises pratiques de configuration de la solution Ivalua Buyer,
- En lien avec les équipes R&D et customer Success, proposer et mettre en place des tableaux de bord d'utilisation de la solution,
- Identifier et supprimer les goulots d'étranglement de l'architecture applicative pour garantir la scalabilité des l'ensemble des modules de la solution Ivalua Buyer,
- Participer à la résolution de problèmes complexes en analysant les données de surveillance et en proposant des solutions d'amélioration,
- Suivre les meilleures pratiques en matière de surveillance et d'observabilité pour garantir la fiabilité et la disponibilité des systèmes,
- Analyser les logs des systèmes, des applications et identifier les problèmes potentiels avec la solution Ivalua Buyer,
- Communiquer avec les parties prenantes internes sur les problèmes en cours de résolution.
- Vous êtes diplomé d'une formation BAC+5 dans les technologies de l'information,
- Vous disposez de minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelles sur les sujets de l'observabilité,
- Vous maîtrisez au moins un outil d'observabilité (Datadog, Dynatrace, Centreon, Elk, Grafana...)
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances de Microsoft Windows Server : IIS, .Net et ASP.Net, ainsi que SQL Server,
- Des compétences en programmation et scripting sont un plus.
- Vous disposez d'une excellentes aptitudes à résoudre des problèmes,
- Vous êtes capable d'établir des priorités et de respecter les délais,
- Vous avez le souci du détail et de l'organisation ainsi qu'une bonne capacité à prêter attention aux procédures,
- Vous disposez d'une bonne résistance au stress et d'un esprit d'équipe,
- Votre curiosité et votre capacité à assimiler des problématiques fonctionnelles et techniques complexes seront vos atouts pour réussir à ce poste,
- Vous communiquez facilement avec l'ensemble des autres équipes Ivalua et vous vous adaptez au contexte multiculturel de l'entreprise,
- Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral.

CONTEXTE: Notre département IT est au quotidien dans l'exploitation du cloud Ivalua qui héberge les environnements pour nos clients autour du monde. Afin de permettre une qualité de service et de performance irréprochable nous devons analyser, corréler et interpréter de grandes quantités de métriques systèmes et applicatives. Dans ce contexte de croissance nous sommes à la recherche d'un Ingénieur Observabilité - Application Performance Monitoring (APM) F/H.
RÔLE: Au sein du département IT, dans le cadre d'une création de poste, vous serez chargé de la mise en place, de la configuration ainsi que de la gestion du/des outils d'observabilité à définir.
