Poste : Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour l'entreprise et aurez pour mission principale, assurer le suivi, le développement et la fidélisation d'un portefeuille clients, vous serez chargé (e) d'incarner et mettre en oeuvre sur votre secteur la stratégie et la politique commerciale fixées par la Direction.
Vos responsabilités comprendront :
Développement commercial
-Identifier les besoins, les tendances émergentes
-Conduire les négociations commerciales
-Concevoir des propositions commerciales qui répondent aux besoins des clients en intégrant leurs contraintes (demandes de tarifs, échantillons, envoi de documents)
Prospection commerciale
-Conquérir de nouveaux clients
-Organiser les déplacements chez les clients
-Veiller à la bonne qualité de service/produit et à la satisfaction des clients
-Piloter l'activité en veillant à l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux fixés par la hiérarchie
Gestion administrative
-Saisie et mise à jour des informations dans les outils ERP et CRM
-Reporting des RV et visioconférences
-Extraire des données chiffrées et analyser les ventes, mettre en oeuvre des actions correctives
Profil : Business développeur dans l'âme, doté(e) d'une expérience dans l'univers de la cosmétique ou ayant une forte sensibilité, votre envie, votre enthousiasme, votre dynamisme, votre goût du challenge, votre ténacité, votre capacité d'analyse et votre excellent sens commercial sont vos atouts pour réussir dans cette fonction.
Ambitieux, autonome et rigoureux, vous vous investissez pleinement dans les missions qui vous sont confiées afin d'atteindre vos objectifs et participer activement au développement de l'entreprise.
-Pour ce poste, l'anglais courant est indispensable.

Conditions :
-Poste rattaché à la Directrice Commerciale d'IES LABO
-7 à 8 semaines de déplacements/an en France
-Possibilité de télétravail
Rémunération :
-Salaire fixe + variable (38k¤ au global à objectifs atteints)
