    Opportunité de Stage : Rejoignez-nous en tant que Stagiaire en Sales au sein d'une équipe dynamique

    Êtes-vous prêt(e) à lancer votre parcours professionnel en tant que stagiaire de Key Account Manager ? Rejoignez notre équipe Sales Retail dans laquelle vous aurez la chance de travailler dans un environnement jeune, dynamique et international.

    Vos Missions :

    1) Gestion Commerciale :

  • Exécution des accords issus des négociations annuelles concernant les stratégies des 4P :

    • Produit/Assortiment

    Promotion

    Place/Merchandising

    Prix

    2) Analyse de Données :

  • Suivi des indicateurs clés de performance (tels que le Chiffre d'Affaires, les Volumes, la Part de Marché, la Rentabilité) à l'aide de panels (IRI) et de datasharings.
  • Élaboration de recommandations concrètes basées sur vos analyses du marché dont il faudra déceler les tendances consommateurs ou concurrentes pour accompagner les KAM dans leur stratégie au sein de chaque enseigne.

    • 3) Participation aux Réunions :

  • Accompagner le KAM dans les différentes réunions internes pour acquérir une vision 360° des enjeux relatifs aux différents services.
  • Partager et présenter des analyses auprès de différents services et adapter le discours en fonction des KPIs de chaque équipe.

    • 4) Soutien Terrain :

  • Animer la force de vente sur les résultats au sein de chaque enseigne.
  • Suivre et animer l'exécution des accords par la force de vente et partager des recommandations pour accélérer le business.

    • Profil Recherché :

    Nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) proactif(ve), indépendant(e) et responsable, doté(e) de :

  • Solides compétences en analyse et en synthèse pour faire passer des messages clefs
  • Une capacité à s'organiser et faire preuve de rigueur en menant plusieurs projets à la fin
  • Un esprit axé sur le travail d'équipe
  • Une pensée créative et ne pas avoir peur de partager des idées nouvelles
  • Une bonne maitrise de l'anglais, KraftHeinz regorge de nationalités différentes
  • Une bonne maîtrise de PowerPoint et Excel est un plus

    • Si vous avez déjà effectué un stage dans un domaine similaire, c'est un plus

    Stage à pourvoir pour Juillet 2024 pour une durée de 6 mois .

    Lieu du stage : Paris La Défense

    Gratification : 1.000€ bruts mensuels (césure) / 1.200€ bruts mensuels (fin d'études) + 50% frais de transport + participation entreprise à notre restaurant.
