    Dans le cadre de notre forte croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant Confirmé/Senior Data R&D en CDI. Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible.

    Missions
    En rejoignant notre cabinet, vous travaillerez au sein du pôle R&D et en collaboration avec la Business Unit Data Consulting :
    • Vous participerez à des projets de R&D liés à la data. Ces projets concernent plus particulièrement la gouvernance de l'IA (explicabilité, robustesse et certification des systèmes d'IA) et l'anonymisation des données confidentielles (qualité d'anonymisation, développement des solutions d'anonymisation).
    • Vous serez amené à participer au cadrage et au pilotage des travaux sur ces sujets, à l'encadrement des stagiaires et alternants, aux actions de valorisation des travaux de R&D et aux actions de formation.
    Profil
    Vous avez le profil recherché si :
    • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'Ingénieur, d'un PhD ou d'un Master dans un domaine quantitatif : Mathématiques Appliquées, Data Science, DevOps, Finance, Physique, etc.
    • Vous justifiez de 2 à 5 ans d'expérience sur des sujets en lien avec la Science de Données.
    • Vous avez une bonne appétence pour le risque, la finance, la cybersécurité et la protection des données.
    • Vous disposez de solides connaissances en mathématiques, statistiques, codage, dataviz et machine learning. Des expériences en risque de crédit, gestion d'actifs et finance de marché sont grandement appréciées.
    • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de Python, R ou d'autres langages de programmation orientées objet.

    Rémunération : selon profil.

    Le processus de recrutement pour ce poste se décline en quatre phases :
    1. Un entretien téléphonique avec un(e) Chargé de Recrutement.
    2. Un entretien de recrutement avec un Account Manager et un(e) Chargé de Recrutement.
    3. Un entretien technique avec un Manager (ou un(e) Consultant(e) Senior).
    4. Un entretien de motivation avec l'un(e) des Associé(e)s.
