    Florence est une plateforme qui connecte les établissements de santé aux professionnels de santé (infirmières et aides-soignants) pour combler leurs besoins en remplacements temporaires. Notre mission est d'aider les établissements à fournir les meilleurs soins possibles aux patients en garantissant un accès fiable et efficace à des professionnels de santé qualifiés.

    Notre application facilite la vie quotidienne des établissements de santé et des professionnels de santé dans la gestion des remplacements paramédicaux ; et aide des milliers d'infirmières et d'aides-soignants à prendre le contrôle de leur travail.

    Nous recherchons un(e) Junior Account Manager passionné(e) et ambitieux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe française en plein développement.

    Résumé du poste

    En tant que Junior Account Manager, vous jouez un rôle clé dans tous les projets clients et êtes au cœur du bon fonctionnement des activités de Florence.

    Vous serez un interlocuteur privilégié pour nos établissements de santé, apportant conseils et assistance quotidienne et devenant ainsi un pilier essentiel de notre organisation.

    Votre engagement sera déterminant pour garantir la satisfaction clientèle par la gestion efficace des demandes entrantes, la coordination des activités avec les différents départements et la supervision budgétaire des projets.

    Responsabilités clés

    • Vérifier et saisir les informations nécessaires au paramétrage des nouveaux comptes clients ;
    • Servir de point de contact principal pour les questions et les préoccupations des clients via notre outil Intercom ;
    • Contribuer à la mise à jour et à la maintenance des données clients ;
    • Réaliser des reportings mensuels à destination de nos établissements partenaires ;
    • Fournir un soutien aux membres de l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs du département ;
    • Collaborer avec le service Finance pour le suivi des paiements et des comptes clients ;
    • Travailler sur des projets transverses dans un objectif d'amélioration continue de nos pratiques ;

    Requirements

    • Proactif(ve) et orienté(e) action ;
    • Excellentes compétences en communication et en service client ;
    • Capacité à évoluer efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et à jongler avec plusieurs tâches simultanément ;
    • Sens de l'organisation et attention au détail pour garantir l'exactitude des informations clients ;
    • Enthousiaste à l'idée de nouer des contacts humains et prêt(e) à prendre des initiatives pour résoudre les problèmes ;
    • A l'aise dans un environnement de startup en constante évolution et capable de s'adapter rapidement.
