Le Head of partnerships & special projects dirige l'équipe des Chargés de Partenariat dédiée à la mise en œuvre et au développement de la Relation Client Digitale réalisée par LVMH Client Services pour les Maisons Partenaires Il est responsable de l'organisation du travail et des résultats de son équipe dans les domaines du marketing, de la prospection et des ventes. Il agit en tant que facilitateur entre les Maisons Partenaires et les services de LVMH Client Services, tout particulièrement les Opérations. Il veille à la satisfaction des Maisons, au développement fructueux des Partenariats et au positionnement d'expert de la Relation Client Digitale de LVMH Client Services au sein du Groupe LVMH.la grille tarifaire structurée par prestation, par volume et par niveau de qualité attendu dont les langues et l'amplitude horaire
Définir, réaliser et mettre à jour la méthodologie de recueil des besoins spécifiques de chaque Maison pour l'élaboration du projet de Partenariat
Assurer la contractualisation du Partenariat, en particulier l'élaboration du contrat d'application dans le respect du contrat cadre ainsi que la rédaction des avenants éventuels en fonction de l'évolution du Partenariat
Le cadrage et pilotage de projets :
Projets contribuant à l'excellence opérationnelle ;
Projets liés à la transformation omnicanale ;
Projets d'innovation ;
Projets d'expansion géographique, etc.
Concevoir et mettre en place une continuité de présence du service Partenariat du lundi au vendredi, à destination des Maisons et des services internes de LVMH Client Services
Suivi administratif du Partenariat
Rayonnement LVMH Client Services
Accompagner le développement professionnel de chaque collaborateur et animer l'ensemble de son équipe (communications régulières sur l'activité et l'atteinte des objectifs, réunions, teambuilding)
Formation et expériences professionnelles
Bac +5 en Management et Marketing
Entre 12 à 15 d'expérience en Gestion de Compte, Consulting ou en Marketing (Digital, CRM, Gestion Omnicanal de la Relation Client).
Compétences techniques
Maitrise de la langue Anglaise
