Nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) ingénieur(e) formulation pour notre centre R&D basé à Coubert (77).
Rattaché au responsable de l'équipe R&D Carrelage et Etanchéité France et intégré dans une équipe de 3 personnes, vous travaillerez sur le développement des produits de la gamme Carrelage et Etanchéité pour le business Unit « Consumer & Construction ».
Vous aurez notamment l'occasion de travailler sur :
o Différents types de produits : colles ; joints ; revêtements ; systèmes
o Différentes technologies : cimentaire ; dispersion de polymère en phase aqueuse ; bi-composant
Des thématiques variées telles le développement de nouveaux produits ; l'optimisation coût/performances ; ou bien le développement durable.
Missions principales :
• Vous serez chargé(e) de mener des recherches bibliographiques approfondies pour consolider les connaissances nécessaires au projet en cours.
• Contribuez à l'identification et à la proposition de solutions techniques adaptées aux enjeux spécifiques du projet.
• Participez à des analyses détaillées des matières premières, en assurant un suivi rigoureux des caractéristiques.
• Mettez en œuvre des essais de caractérisation pour évaluer la performance des matériaux sous diverses conditions.
• Coordonnez la réalisation d'essais à l'échelle chantier, que ce soit en interne ou en collaboration avec des partenaires externes.
• Contribuez à la planification et à l'exécution de pilotes industriels pour valider les solutions techniques proposées.
• Assurez un suivi attentif des premières productions, en analysant les résultats et en identifiant des axes d'amélioration.
• Documentez vos travaux à travers la rédaction de rapports détaillés et participez à la création de présentations pour communiquer efficacement les résultats.
• Travailler en collaboration permanente avec le Responsable de l'équipe pour optimiser et améliorer le fonctionnement du laboratoire, en tenant compte des aspects HSE, installations et organisation.
