    About the team

    The Strategic Communication Projects team is primarily responsible for supporting long-term, far reaching communication projects that promote awareness, understanding and engagement with our business and culture. The team communicates on everything from our products and services to our annual priorities, target operating model, corporate responsibility and much more.

    The team works hand-in-hand with a wide range of stakeholders across the business as well as within the Communication & Corporate Responsibility department itself. The team members use a wide range of communication tools at their disposal including everything from happenings and videos to memos, newsletters and more.

    Core missions

    ·You will be responsible for communicating on a number of projects/domains for which you must:

    oMake strategic recommendations to your stakeholders on the most appropriate/effective use of communication,

    oDefine and maintain strategic plans on your topics (including by liaising with the Newsroom to achieve this),

    oEnsure high quality materials/events are produced on time and on budget,

    oEnsure the validation, roll-out and measurement of your plans.

    ·You will be responsible for developing and rolling out communication assets by:

    oProducing your own supports when appropriate (written articles, social media posts, PowerPoint presentations, emails, scripts, events, etc.).

    oSupervising the work of agencies/experts (internal or external) working on your behalf (video, illustrations, etc.).

    Your Profile

    Technical and professional skills :

    ·Degree in some form of Communication or Marketing

    ·Strong storytelling and communications skills (including strong mastery of oral and written communication)

    ·Strong stakeholder management skills

    ·Fluency in English and French (with native written skills in one of the two)

    ·Proven capacity to work in transversal, multicultural teams

    ·Experience in project management (planning, budgeting, etc.)

    ·Experience in event management

    ·Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams

    Relational skills :

    ·Ability to use narrative persuasively in English and French

    ·Ability to manage different types of stakeholders (Executives, Managers and Experts)

    ·Strong team player who enjoys working in a multi-cultural team

    ·Autonomy, ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver on time

    ·Dynamism, reactivity, commitment
