Qualité et réglementaire - Travailler avec les équipes de qualité et de réglementation pour garantir que la formulation répond à toutes les exigences de qualité et réglementaires locales et mondiales. - Être conscient des problèmes de qualité potentiels au sein de la marque et aider à résoudre les problèmes de qualité. - Fournir un soutien aux opérations pour maintenir la fabrication continue des produits. - Assurer le respect des procédures de sécurité dans les laboratoires. - Minimum Bac+5 de type Ingénieur/Master en chimie, biochimie, biologie - Solides connaissances en chimie, biochimie et biologie - Solides connaissances des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire - Expérience de minimum de 8+ ans en R&D dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux ou les cosmétiques. - Connaissance approfondie de la directive européenne sur les cosmétiques et des autres législations locales pertinentes ainsi que de ses exigences en matière de NPD. - Connaissance de l'environnement réglementaire des dispositifs médicaux (Classe 2A) - Créativité et capacité à gérer des projets dans les domaines inexplorés - Bon niveau d'anglais professionnel écrit et parlé ? quotidiennement en relation avec les équipes basées à l'internationale - Solide maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Power point, Word) - Excellente aptitude de communication verbale et écrite. - Maîtrise MS Project (logiciel Gestion de Projet) Dans le cadre de sa politique diversité, Manpower étudie, à compétences égales, toutes candidatures dont celles de personnes en situation de handicap
