    Quand en 2000 Frédéric Malle inventait le terme "Editeur de Parfums", c'était pour produire des compositions uniques dans un esprit de liberté totale. Cette analogie au monde littéraire était aussi une façon d'expliquer son rapport avec les parfumeurs : comme un éditeur littéraire, Frédéric Malle donne l'opportunité à ses auteurs de s'exprimer sans contrainte selon leurs envies et leur personnalité. Comme un éditeur littéraire, il entretient avec la plupart de ses parfumeurs une collaboration étroite tout au long de l'élaboration de chaque produit.

    La marque, qui a rejoint le Groupe Estée Lauder en 2015, poursuit son expansion à travers le monde et recherche aujourd'hui un stagiaire assistant communication Global

    Job Description :

    Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Communication & Marketing au sein du siège global à Paris, l'assistant(e) Communication & Marketing sera en contact quotidien avec l'ensemble des départements (marketing, digital, formation, e-commerce, commercial, retail, visual merchandising, store design, logistique) afin d'aider à la gestion des lancements produits et à la mise en place de la stratégie de communication & marketing globale, et participera aux missions suivantes :

    Communication (PR & Influence)

    • Coordination et suivi des demandes communication des filiales et de la presse (dossiers de presses, envois produits)
    • Gestion du stock produits bureau (inventaires, nouvelles commandes en fonction des besoins, organisation de l'espace stock)
    • Compilation et suivi des retombées éditoriales des marchés
    • Recherche de créateurs de contenus sur TikTok, gestion des envois produits et réalisation des bilans
    • Aide à l'organisation des événements presse, influenceurs et boutiques (suivi de création, gestion des plannings, coordination de la production et des différents interlocuteurs...)
    • Aide au suivi budgétaire du département

    Marketing 360 :

    • Aide à la conception des campagnes 360 et des outils nécessaires aux activations
    • Suivi quotidien de la bonne exécution des plans d'activation
    • Consolidation des reports et analyse des activations
    • Veille concurrentielle sur les best practices de la concurrence dans le but de formuler des recommandations d'activations en ligne avec l'ADN de la marque

    Marketing produit :

    • Veille concurrentielle produits/prix & études de marchés dans le but de formuler des recommandations de développement produit
    • Gestion des maquettes, échantillons presse sur tous les développements produits et collatéraux
    • Analyses quantitatives et qualitatives du produit suivi sell-in et sell-out des nouveautés, résultats d'animations, ROI
    • Suivi des artworks sur les développements produits
    • Analyse du mix of business par pays par trimestre et formulation de recommandations
    Qualifications

    Qualifications :

    • Vous êtes étudiant de formation supérieure Bac 3/4 Ecole de Commerce, ou Communication.
    • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les tâches opérationnelles.
    • Vous parlez couramment français et anglais avec de bonnes capacités de rédaction et aimez travailler dans un environnement international.
    • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint et Outlook).
    • Vous êtes rigoureux et structuré avec un esprit analytique, polyvalent, réactif, dynamique, avec un excellent relationnel et un bon sens de la communication.
