Des déplacements réguliers seront à prévoir au sein du département de l'Eure-et-Loir et occasionnellement sur l'Île-de-France.

Description de la mission

Le Groupe GEODIS compte 5 Lines of Business. Au sein de la Région IDF, vous êtes rattaché(e) à la Line of Business "Distribution & Express", regroupant les activités de Messagerie et d'Express sur la région parisienne et départements avoisinants.

Directement rattaché(e) à votre Chef des Ventes, vous intégrez l'agence de Chartres, au sein de l'équipe commerciale. Vous êtes l'ambassadeur(drice) de notre société et assurez la promotion de nos prestations de : transport express, messagerie, affrètement national et international, overseas et logistique.

Votre mission :

• Contribuer au développement pérenne du Chiffre d'Affaires de l'agence ;

• Suivre et développer un portefeuille clients ;

• Identifier les besoins clients et prospects, établir une offre adaptée répondant aux besoins détectés ;

• Réaliser les objectifs quantitatifs (portefeuille et acquisition) et qualitatifs fixés par notre direction ;

• Mettre en œuvre en cas de dysfonctionnements des plans d'actions correctifs avec les services concernés (exploitation, comptabilité, qualité, etc.) ;

• Garantir la satisfaction de nos clients (accompagnement, conseils, écoute, gestion des dysfonctionnements, etc.) ;

• Effectuer des reportings réguliers dans le CRM (activité et données commerciales).

Profil du candidat

VOS FORCES :
Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation BAC à BAC+2 de type commerce, vous justifiez impérativement d'une expérience réussie de 5 ans sur une fonction commerciale terrain dans le secteur du transport ou activité auxiliaire : prospection, vente, relation clients, etc.

Efficace et organisé(e), vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre profil commercial (chasseur éleveur) et possédez d'excellentes compétences relationnelles.

Votre capacité d'adaptation vous permet de mener à bien vos challenges et vous savez faire preuve de rigueur, d'esprit d'équipe et d'autonomie dans votre travail.
