Cambon Partners Foundation est un tout jeune fonds de dotation, créé en 2021 par Cambon Partners , banque d'affaires (Paris, Londres, San Francisco) créée en 2003 qui a conduit avec succès plus de 300 transactions (M&A, LBO, levées de fonds) essentiellement pour des sociétés Tech. Ses fondateurs sont persuadés que la finance peut jouer un rôle formidable dans la réduction des inégalités et ont souhaité incarner cette action en créant leur fonds de dotation qui a vocation à être un des piliers de la culture de l'entreprise. Les 50 collaborateurs ont plébiscité cette action et œuvrent pour en faire un projet ambitieux.
Pour sa première année d'existence, Cambon Partners Foundation a choisi de soutenir des associations reconnues et à fort impact en se concentrant sur 2 axes prioritaires : l'éducation et l'entreprenariat.
En 2022, Cambon Partners Foundation souhaite étendre son action en réfléchissant au potentiel développement d'une action en propre. Pour l'aider à mener à bien cette réflexion, nous recherchons un·e stagiaire.
Coordinateur de Cambon Partners Foundation, tes missions seront les suivantes :
Définir les contours d'une activité d'opérateur
• Réaliser un travail de recherche au sein du secteur associatif / un benchmark afin d'identifier les opérateurs à impact agissant au sein des domaines ciblés par Cambon Partners Foundation
• Rencontrer ces différentes structures en collaboration avec plusieurs membres du comité de pilotage
• Identifier les besoins actuellement insuffisamment couverts sur lesquels Cambon Partners Foundation pourrait développer une action porteuse de sens et d'impact
• Proposer des scenarii de positionnement et de développement d'une action en propre
• Identifier de potentiels partenaires
Coordonner l'activité de financeur
• Accompagner les collaborateurs de la banque d'affaires impliqués auprès des 4 associations financées
• Veiller au suivi opérationnel et administratif de chaque partenariat
• Suivre la mesure d'impact de l'action mise en place
• Participer à la mise en place de la communication interne sur cette thématique spécifique
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
• Tu es étudiant·e en École de commerce ou en Université à la recherche d'un stage de fin d'études ou d'une alternance
• Tu aspires à rejoindre une aventure du type entrepreneurial qui va te demander d'être polyvalent·e et autonome
• Tu aimes chercher, rédiger, synthétiser de multiples sujets et rencontrer de nombreux interlocuteurs
• Tu prends des initiatives, tu es organisé·e
• Tu as envie de rejoindre une équipe qui aime se dépasser
