- Gérer la préparation et la livraison des commandes clients Wholesale en collaboration avec le service logistique et comptabilité.
- Assurer la gestion des éventuels litiges/erreurs de livraison (organiser les retours, faire des remplacements, transferts de stock...)
- Assurer le traitement et le suivi administratif des commandes (Saisie, collecte d'informations clients...)
- Répondre aux demandes d'information clients (caractéristiques produits, tarifs, disponibilités, délais...)
- Contribuer au bon fonctionnement du service et coordonner les solutions avec votre responsable en cas de dysfonctionnement
- La maîtrise de l'anglais courant à l'oral et à l'écrit est exigée. La maîtrise d'une autre langue est un plus.

VEJA recherche un(e) Chargé(e) d'Administration des Ventes en CDI à temps plein. Au sein du département Wholesale, vous intégrez l'équipe Administration des Ventes (ADV) qui a pour but d'accompagner le développement commercial de VEJA en garantissant la satisfaction client en assurant la livraison des commandes wholesale en temps et en heure. Rattachée à La Team Leader ADV, vous aurez pour objectif principal de garantir la satisfaction client wholesale sur une zone géographique spécifique en assurant la livraison des commandes wholesale en temps et en heure.
Plus précisément, vos actions seront les suivantes :

Profil recherché
Issu(e) d'une formation de niveau bac +2/3 en commerce ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 1 an sur un poste similaire et avez déjà travaillé dans un environnement international.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, ce qui vous permet d'interagir et de créer des liens avec des personnes d'horizons et de responsabilités très différentes. Sur ce poste, vous serez amené à travailler en interne avec les équipes commerciales, logistique et comptabilité ; en externe les agents commerciaux, les clients et la Coface.
Votre sens de l'écoute vous permet de cerner rapidement et précisément les besoins clients et votre agilité vous permet de trouver des solutions efficientes.
Véritable problem-solver, vous avez comme unique objectif la satisfaction de nos clients et vous n'hésitez pas à communiquer avec l'ensemble des services internes concernés afin de trouver des solutions.
Par ailleurs, votre esprit d'analyse et de synthèse vous permet de faire des comptes-rendus et présentations pertinentes sur votre activité.
Vous avez des connaissances et/ou maîtrisez :
Vous avez idéalement déjà travaillé sur SAP ou sur un logiciel de gestion commercial (ERP) ;
Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office (Excel) ;
Vous connaissez les règles du commerce international (Incoterm, conditions spécifiques).
Vous êtes sensible et motivé(e) par notre projet. Vous voulez du concret, de l'action et être proche du terrain, vous avez l'occasion aujourd'hui de rejoindre une aventure qui vous fera évoluer professionnellement et personnellement.
