En pleine expansion, NanoXplore est pionnière dans le développement des composants SoC FPGA pour l'aérospatiale et la défense. Aujourd'hui, NX recherche un(e) Directeur R&D pour soutenir le développement ambitieux de l'activité.Dans le cadre d'un CDI, en étroite collaboration avec notre Directeur Général et notre C.T.O, votre rôle sera d'être support dans l'accompagnement quotidien des équipes en contribuant à l'activité R&D.
Passionné d'innovation, vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils et méthodes de gestion de projets et avez démontré votre capacité à animer et fédérer des équipes autour d'un objectif commun.
Pilotez la mise en œuvre de notre politique de développement et d'innovation.
Vous orientez et garantissez une veille permanente sur les évolutions technologiques du marché, et coordonnez les actions relatives à la propriété industrielle, et aux règlementations.
Vous étudiez le positionnement technique de l'entreprise (technologies engagées, qualification de l'environnement technologique...).
Vous travaillez en interface avec notre Responsable marketing et commerciale pour appréhender les évolutions des besoins des clients et les transformer en orientations techniques.
Vous devrez être le garant de la qualité général du soft/hard et communiquer avec l'équipe support afin de fournir des garanties sur les livrables (docs/IPs/Composants/Formation).
Vous participez au développement de la roadmap R&D, avec le Directeur Général.
T.O, vous interviendrez dans les réunions du comité de direction sur les grands enjeux de développement de NX et vous serez amené à proposer les axes en matière d'innovation; le pilotage des programmes de développement, en assurant la tenue des objectifs techniques, des objectifs de coûts et des délais.

Niveau d'anglais exigé: écrit -lu-parlé
Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieurs dans les domaines d'électronique et/ou des télécommunications, et vous avez de solides connaissances en électronique et en management. Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience significative en direction de projets R&D dans une PME, de préférence, dans l'industrie de l'électronique, des nouvelles technologies, de l'automobile ou de l'aéronautique.
