- Préparer les solutions (centrales de pesée, balances, dissolution, préparation matières premières) pour la répartition aux cônes et cartouches
- Saisir les matières premières et les commandes sur le MES
- Réaliser les étapes de production en appliquant les modes opératoires et en respectant les procédures liées au process et au service,
- Respecter les règles Assurance Qualité, Environnement et Sécurité en vigueur.
- Renseigner les documents liés aux différentes étapes de production,
- Assurer la préparation de son poste de travail et l'approvisionnement en matériels et consommables.
- Effectuer le nettoyage et le vide de chaîne de son poste de travail.
- Informer son manager de tous les dysfonctionnements rencontrés en cours d'opérations de production,
- Assurer des tâches de maintenance de premier niveau.
- Proposer des idées d'amélioration de l'activité.
- Titulaire d'un Bac +2/3 Biologie, Biotechnologies ou Chimie, vous justifiez d'une première expérience professionnelle.
- Vous avez idéalement travaillé sur ces équipements : pH-mètre, spectrophotomètre et sonicateur.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre réactivité, votre rigueur et votre capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Poste en horaires décalés (5h-13h/13h-21h)
