Rattaché(e) au Département Exploitation, Terminaux et Pistes, vous aurez pour mission principale le pilotage de l'Airport Operations Center (APOC), un poste de contrôle centralisé ultramoderne qui positionne l'Aéroport Nice Côte d'Azur parmi les aéroports européens les plus avancés en matière de pilotage des opérations aéroportuaires.
En tant de véritable chef d'orchestre de l'APOC, vous assurez - au travers de la coordination des équipes présentes sur le plateau - la fluidité du trafic aérien, des process passagers et bagages et plus globalement la performance landside et airside, tout en étant force de proposition sur des solutions d'optimisation et de développement des méthodologies appropriées pour travailler à l'amélioration continue des processus.
Dans ce cadre, vous veillez à garantir la continuité de l'exploitation, la qualité de service pour nos clients, la sécurité et l'optimisation de l'utilisation des ressources aéroportuaires et de l'accueil du trafic, en relation avec les pôles experts métiers, les clients, les administrations et les autorités compétentes. Par ailleurs, vous gérez et diffusez l'information en temps réel auprès de tous les acteurs aéroportuaires.
Issu(e) d'une formation Bac +3/5 idéalement dans le transport aérien type ENAC, vous disposez d'une première expérience de 2 de 5 ans minimum, dans le secteur aéroportuaire.
De nature assertive, facilitatrice et pourvu d'un bon relationnel, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à accompagner et à coordonner les équipes au quotidien en vous appuyant sur le développement et l'entretien d'une culture collaborative.
Grâce à votre agilité avérée, vous savez prendre du recul et faire les meilleurs choix y compris en situation de crise.
Egalement force de proposition, vous parlez anglais couramment et vous détenez de réelles capacités rédactionnelles, d'analyse et de synthèse.
