Description
Le mécanicien assure les travaux courants de maintenance dans les domaines mécanique, pneumatique, hydraulique et chaudronnerie sur un périmètre défini. Il assure le remplacement des pièces d'usure et se charge des travaux courants de maintenance dans l'ensemble des domaines.
Connaître le processus d'élaboration des granulats, du gisement à l'emploi et les principaux termes techniques de la profession.
Ses missions sont les suivantes :
● Effectuer les rondes de surveillance (en respectant le parcours et fréquence définis), et renseigner support prévu
● Effectuer la maintenance préventive et curative sur l'ensemble du matériel ;
● Effectuer les diagnostics, repérer les causes et intervenir sur tous type de pannes et/ou dysfonctionnements mécaniques, électriques, hydrauliques, pneumatiques (démontage,remontage des organes...) et transmettre les informations au personnel concerné ;
● Contrôler, régler, entretenir et remplacer le matériel fixe dans le domaine mécanique, hydraulique et pneumatique en respectant les périodicités établies ;
● Effectuer les dépannages de deuxième niveau (démontage, remontage des organes...) en optimisant les arrêts de production
● Vérifier la conformité des interventions en réalisant des essais et des tests de performance ;
● Réceptionner les travaux de sous-traitants en maintenance en vérifiant la conformité par rapport au cahier des charges et au devis ;
● Veiller au maintien et à la fonctionnalité des dispositifs de sécurité du matériel en respectant les règles et consignes de sécurité de l'entreprise.
L'ensemble des missions doit être réalisé dans le respect des règles de sécurité et d'environnement du groupe Lafarge.
