YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Reporting to the New Services Operational Director, you will be responsible for implementing the sourcing, methods and tools to ensure the reliability of the economic and financial results of the logistical support solutions provided by Bourbon Mobility Services to its clients in the field of personal support.
As part of our offers, you will be responsible for sourcing and ensuring that the prices of our personal support services (catering, accommodation, transport, etc.) match our clients' needs. You will be in charge of invoicing and basic monitoring of project BP for external sourcing, as well as the quality of services provided to customers.
Your main tasks and responsabilities will be as follow:
Sourcing, identifying and negotiating with the suppliers required for the main projects.
Designing and implementing basic financial monitoring tools for your scope (invoicing monitoring tools, P&L monitoring tools, etc.).
Managing interaction and coordination with Bourbon Mobility's accounting department.
Developing cross-functional processes with the finance department.
PURCHASING MANAGEMENT:
Identifying in advance the supplier requirements (catering, accommodation, transport, etc.) specific to each contract.
Responding to the needs expressed by operations
Sourcing suppliers involving travel abroad
Compiling a product repository (specifications, catalogue, accessibility)
Negotiating with suppliers
Formalising offers to internal customers
Orders to suppliers
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF PURCHASES:
Checking supplier invoicing
Ensuring the financial settlement of transactions
Ensuring that internal reporting procedures are properly applied
FINANCIAL MONITORING:
Set up basic indicators to assist the operational teams in their management.
Analysing variances between forecasts and actual results for sourcing.
Monitor customer invoicing
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
YOUR PROFILE
You have at least a Master's degree and at least 5 years' experience in purchasing in an international context (desirable) or, failing that, in one of the following sectors of activity: food, catering or living bases.
You already have solid experience of purchasing in the field of personal support (accommodation, catering, transport, etc.) and you know how to manage negotiations, as well as how to carry out basic financial monitoring of projects.
You are a team player with a strong sense of commitment and excellent interpersonal skills; you are an excellent communicator (oral and written) and are comfortable leading meetings.
In an international context, you have a perfect command of French and English (written and spoken), as well as IT tools (Outlook, etc.).
Long term contract position, to be filled in as soon as possible.
