    In a nutshell

    This is a unique opportunity to join our growing global company with market leader position in its segment in a newly established role. We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on seasonal cluster HR Business Partner, who will support our teams in France and Benelux (HC ca Reporting to the Vice President of France & Benelux and functionally to the VP HR EMEA, you will work closely with local management and our teams focused on sales, machine services and back-office functions. You will pioneer the HR function to establish and shape the complex HR landscape in the assigned area.

    What you will be doing

    HR Strategy, Leadership and Coordination

    • Ensures that our HR strategy is executed in the cluster France and Benelux
    • Provides advice, information and support to Local Mgmt. & Employees on global HR policies and procedures in line with best practice.
    • Focus on the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures locally.

    Budget & Resource Planning:

    • Support Mgmt. with resource planning locally, advise managers on local organizational structure design on employee level with the support of VP EMEA HR.

    Talent Management & Retention:

    • Works with the local Mgmt. on Talent Management Strategy and the annual talent review process.
    • Support Mgmt. in the execution of talent, retention and succession planning initiatives locally.

    Performance Management:

    • Leads and supports Performance Management Process within the countries to Global HR standards.
    • Ensures leaders understand and embrace our performance management approaches effectively.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Supports local organizations in having an equal pay structure with the help of local Finance & Global HR/Regional HR

    Legal and Compliance Practices:

    • Ensures that all employment policy are up to date & in line with local legislation

    Talent Acquisition/Recruitment:

    • Supports, train and advise local Mgmt. on talent acquisition initiatives, drives & leads all recruitment activities with the relevant line managers.
    • Ensures that the recruitment standards in France & Benelux are maintained at the highest practicable level and are professional.

    Your education & experience

    • Several years HR Management experiences in building, managing, driving the HR agenda regionally in all HR topics in the employee life cycle
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree in HR
    • Experienced in working in a multinational environment, ideally in a matrix organization
    • Deep understanding of business goals and their impact on the HR strategy
    • Experienced in setting up, developing & optimizing HR processes, driving projects locally
    • A good general knowledge of labor law in France countries is essential
    • Fluency in French and English is mandatory; Dutch will be an asset.

    What you need to succeed

    • Willingness to travel within the region (Les Ulis, France / Meerkerk, Holland) on a regular basis
    • Ability to coach, influence and manage multiple stakeholders at once
    • Great communication skills and "can do" attitude
    • Has a good understanding of change process and able to support change effectively.
    • Ability to plan and prioritize own workload to meet tight deadlines and objectives, balancing competing demands and priorities
