- Coordonner l'ensemble des recrutements (CDI/CDD) pour la France, de A à Z. Vous êtes le point de contact unique entre nos opérationnels et les candidats : de la prise du brief, au sourcing (approche directe, publication d'annonce) à la gestion des entretiens, jusqu'à l'intégration de nos futures recrues.
- Conseiller et accompagner les opérationnels afin d'assurer un processus de recrutement efficace et de proposer une expérience candidat positive.
- Développer et animer notre vivier de Talents afin d'anticiper les besoins futurs et promouvoir notre marque employeur.
- Piloter des projets d'optimisation et d'amélioration continue de nos activités (outils, process, formations). Assurer le respect des process et KPIs
- Participer au développement de notre marque employeur et de notre visibilité auprès des candidats par la participation à des évènements, la création de supports de communication et contenus digitaux etc.
- Fédérer et développer notre communauté d'ambassadeurs internes, en proposant des animations et événements pour nous positionner comme un employeur de référence auprès des candidats.
- Participer et animer des événements internes clés (onboarding days, monthly intern gaterings etc.) Participer à la création de contenu sur les réseaux sociaux (Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok) et sur nos job boards locaux (welcometothejungle).
- Intervenir comme référent pour la France dans les Centres d'Expertises (CoE) et réunions internationales sur les sujets Recrutement et Employer Branding.
- Assurer et incarner nos engagements et bonnes pratiques DEI (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) dans notre politique de recrutement.
- Participer et développer des projets aussi bien centrés sur l'expertise métier (outils & process recrutement), que dans des groupes de travail RSE.
