    Join Goodman as a Finance Business Partner in Paris!

    Our dynamic team of approximately 1,000 professionals spans across 5 continents, with a significant presence in Continental Europe covering 7 countries, including key offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan, and Paris.

    As part of our Continental European operations, we are seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Paris office. In this role, you will take charge of overseeing the financial, tax, and administrative aspects of our French entities, fostering seamless communication between teams in Belgium, Luxembourg, and France.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide tax, treasury, and accounting support in commercial transactions
    • Conduct credit checks on customers and contractors
    • Monitor financial health and offer strategic advice
    • Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations
    • Coordinate accounting teams and liaise with internal stakeholders
    • Analyze financial statements and track KPIs
    • Manage company secretarial obligations and regulatory compliance
    • Lead ad hoc finance projects

    Requirements:

    • Qualified accountant/auditor with 5+ years of experience
    • Strong knowledge of French financial, tax, and accounting laws
    • Financial, tax, and analytical acumen
    • Hands-on approach with fluency in English and French
    • Familiarity with real estate company laws
