- Lead the PlanBuild team to deliver and implement the PlanBuild Tasmania solution to user organisations across the state, providing implementation support services, including transition management analysis, communication planning, training delivery services and post rollout monitoring and support.
- Influence and manage the rollout program of work, including management of the financial, information, human and physical resources of the project in accordance with Government and departmental policies, guidelines and directions.
- Lead and support team members in understanding, influencing, embedding and sustaining change specifically in terms of implementing a software solution that requires people, process and technology change.
- Establish solid and trusted relationships with user organisations management and staff, building confidence and fostering a partnership approach to the transition and manage expectations.
- Represent the project at appropriate forums, both within and external to the Agency and across all spheres of government including the coordination and design of workshops and presentations.
- Brief Ministers, Heads of Agency, Sponsor and other stakeholders, represent the Agency in high-level interdepartmental and intergovernmental forums, and report to the PlanBuild Tasmania governance committee.
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications, or relevant qualifications and high-level expertise in Change and Project Management.
