Notre client est un acteur incontournable de l'actionnementélectromécanique pour avions et hélicoptères, l'établissementfabrique, produit et répare les systèmes de commandes de volintégrés pour l'aéronautique.En tant que gestionnaire ADV F/H ausein d'une équipe GFR / ADV de 8 personnes, vos missions seront :- Le suivi du flux physique et informatique des équipementsen réparation- La création des devis- Le contact client- Le suivi de facturation- La gestion d'un portefeuille de clientsL'ADV/GFR est un contributeur majeur à la satisfaction duclient en assurant une communicationpositive et proactive dans le cadre de la gestionadministrative des contrats et commandes :- Il réalise l'ordonnancement du flux de réparation versl'atelier- Il assure la prise en compte des demandes clients et leurtraitement.Poste en intérim basé à Mantes-la ville (78)Rémunération comprise entre 28k et 40k EUR annuel brut.Horaires de journée.
Profil recherché :
En qualité de gestionnaire ADV F/H , vous avez idéalement:Une expérience dans le secteur industriel, aéronautiqueserait un plus.Maîtrise de SAPMaîtrise d'Excel (recherche V, TCD)Anglais courant : capable d'échanger à l'écrit et à l'oralVos avantages Synergie:+10% IFM + 10% CP,CSE Synergie,Prime Participation + CET à 6%,Aides et Services (Mutuelle - Logement - Garded'enfants...)
