Description
Poste : Au sein d'une société familiale en pleine croissance et intégré dans une équipe marketing à taille humaine, le Traffic Manager a pour mission principale l'optimisation des différents leviers d'acquisition de trafic à destination du site e-commerce.
A ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
* Gestion des campagnes digitales payantes (campagnes Ads via agence, gestion des partenariats, affiliation, etc.) ;
* Pilotage des projets SEO en transverse avec l'agence dans le cadre de la refonte du site ;
* Optimisation du référencement local et de la stratégie web to store afin d'implémenter une stratégie client omnicanal ;
* Mise en place de reportings via Web Analytics afin d'optimiser les actions à mettre en place ;
* Développement de l'implantation du catalogue sur les différentes marketplaces ;
* Développement de contenu éditorial à destination des différents canaux de distribution (e-commerce, catalogue, CRM, etc.) ;
* Formation des collaborateurs ;
* Veille concurrentielle et sectorielle.
La liste de missions est non-exhaustive.
Profil : Diplômé d'une formation spécialisée en digital ou marketing (Bac +5 minimum de type école de commerce ou formation universitaire), vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience à un poste de Traffic Manager (alternance incluse), idéalement acquise chez un distributeur ou en agence.
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre autonomie, votre rigueur et votre organisation.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils de Web Analytics et du fonctionnement des différents CMS.
