    Nous recherchons un(e) Technico-Commercial(e) Laser Technology (H/F) pour un poste en CDI sur la région Sud-Ouest

    Vos missions

    En autonomie sur votre secteur de ventes, votre mission consiste à développer les ventes de l'ensemble de la gamme Laser Technology TRUMPF : lasers industriels, sources laser, laser de marquage, laser de soudage, machines 5 axes.

    Pour y parvenir, vous disposez d'un portefeuille de clients à fidéliser et développer. Vous mènerez également des actions de prospection active et de veille concurrentielle auprès des industriels ciblés sur votre zone de responsabilités.

    Interlocuteur-clef des clients et prospects, vous prenez en main l'intégralité du cycle de vente : identification des cibles, organisation des rendez-vous, présentation des produits, gestion des configurations techniques et réalisation des offres, négociation, finalisation des ventes et relances.

    Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous êtes soutenu(e) par une équipe ADV basée au siège de la filiale française, et collaborez avec les autres services (en France et en Allemagne) selon les besoins et les projets en cours.

    Enfin, vous assurez un suivi quotidien de vos actions via le CRM de l'entreprise, et adressez un reporting régulier auprès de votre Manager.

    Votre profil

    De formation technique ou commerciale Bac+2 minimum

    Vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans la vente de solutions techniques complexes à destination de l'industrie (biens d'équipements industriels idéalement).

    Vous êtes autonome dans votre organisation quotidienne et maîtriser l'ensemble des étapes des cycles de vente longs

    Votre niveau d'anglais est opérationnel pour interagir régulièrement avec notre Groupe en Allemagne.

    Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aisance relationnelle et votre capacité à comprendre le besoin du client.

    Vous savez gérer la pression dans des environnements exigeants, faire preuve de résilience et d'engagement pour atteindre vos objectifs.
