Au sein du département Investissements, PROPARCO est à la recherche d'un.e stagiaire Analyste pour son activité d'investissements en Venture Capital pour une période de 6 mois à partir de juin 2024.
Cette équipe à taille humaine (7 personnes) est en charge des activités suivantes :
- Prises de participation au capital de start-up innovantes (cleantech, fintech, healthtech...) à des stades de développement précoces, et dans des fonds de Venture Capital à fort impact
- Prises de participation directe au capital d'institutions financières (banques, assurance, leasing...) et de fonds spécialisés sur cette thématique
Principales missions
Analyse financière, stratégique et concurrentielle des cibles, de leur secteur d'activités et de leur marché ;
Travail de modélisation et de valorisation des opérations d'investissement ;
Contribution à la rédaction des mémorandums d'investissement ;
Travail de veille active des opérations d'investissements comparables sur la zone ;
Suivi des sociétés du portefeuille de PROPARCO ;
Aide à la constitution et au maintien de bases de données sur l'activité VC dans nos zones d'intervention ;
Contribution à l'exécution d'investissements dans le secteur financier ;
Contribution à des projets transverses au sein de la division.
Who are we looking for?
Étudiant.e de niveau Master, vous effectuez une année de césure ou un stage de fin d'études.
Vous êtes curieux, et avez un intérêt prononcé pour les nouvelles technologies et leurs applications dans les pays en développement, et vous êtes sensible aux problématiques du développement ;
Vous avez le goût du travail en équipe, et un bon sens de l'humour ;
Vous êtes motivé, proactif et rigoureux ;
Vous maîtrisez la finance d'entreprise et la modélisation financière sur Excel ;
Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en anglais et en français ;
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais oral et écrit ;
Une première expérience en Afrique est un plus.

L'Agence Française de Développement (AFD) finance des projets économiques d'envergure dans les domaines du développement urbain et des infrastructures, du développement rural, de l'industrie, des systèmes financiers ainsi que dans l'éducation et la santé. Le département Investissements (INV) de PROPARCO intervient sur des opérations de haut de bilan, en prise de participations directes ou indirectes (fonds d'investissements).
