- Context and work environment : Veepee is looking for a training coordinator to support the company & specifically the HR Talent Development team in planning, organizing and following up on learning & training initiatives.
- For the Group
- In collaboration with the other Talent specialists: plan, organise, follow-up, evaluate & report on our Veepee academies & communities in all different countries( Manage the global training calendar, and communication templates)
- Participating in talent side projects where needed, such as global onboarding
- For France
- Be the contact person for the logistics & administration of training in France (VPLog & VPCom)
- Be in charge of the creation of purchase requests (demande de prise en charge) in the OPCO platform for safety trainings and our internal Veepee tool (for France)
- Create reports on different trainings happening in France (aligned with legal requirements and CSE reporting)
- Internal/External Relations:
- Main internal relations: all staff
- Main external relations: L&D providers, OPCO
- Soft Skills :
- You have good English skills and feel comfortable when interacting within a multilingual environment. Level B2 Mandatory
- You are rigorous & autonomous
- You are client-oriented, flexible and willing to find solutions;
- You are a good communicator and can create good relationships with your stakeholders across the whole company;
- Youre strong in planning & organizing ;
- Hard Skills :
- You are strong in excel/google sheet
- A plus if you have experience in Learning admin tools
- A plus if you have good knowledge of the legal requirements in France on learning
