- Organiser & structurer les connaissances. Pour ce faire, votre rôle sera de :
- Définir, créer, structurer, valider, traduire et mettre à jour les sources / bases de connaissances
- Structurer et coordonner les workflows et définir les R&R des différentes parties prenantes
- Gérer le contenu et assurer son amélioration continue. Pour ce faire, votre rôle sera d'(e) :
- Identifier les besoins clients en matière de contenu, s'assurer que le contenu y réponde et qu'il est publié dans le bon format
- Assurer que le « ton de voix » du contenu corresponde à la stratégie de communication de la marque Hager avec ses clients
- Mesurer l'utilisation interne et externe du contenu afin d'en assurer l'amélioration continue
- Constituer une matrice des compétences et les programmes de formation pour le service client

Vous intégrerez l'une des fonctions transversales Group Sales & Marketing sous la responsabilité hiérarchique de la Customer Care Manager.
Dans le cadre d'une création de poste pour accompagner la mise en place d'un FAQ Web center & d'un chat bot pour nos clients, vos principales missions consisteront à :
Votre profil
Vous êtes diplômé.e d'une formation Bac+5 et vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans l'analyse et la structuration de contenu, dans le domaine des services à la clientèle, de l'expérience client, dans un contexte international.
Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre rigueur et votre esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
Vous êtes motivé.e par l'apprentissage continu et la recherche de nouvelles solutions et faîtes preuve d'une grande capacité d'adaptation et d'un goût pour l'effort.
Votre pragmatisme, votre capacité à collaborer et à communiquer vos idées de manière enthousiaste et à fédérer seront également appréciées.
La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.
Une expérience dans l'implémentation d'un chatbot serait apprécié.
