Rattaché au Responsable commercial France, vous êtes en charge du suivi commercial de l'ensemble des projets et auprès d'une clientèle industrielle.
A ce titre vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
Participer à la stratégie commerciale
Mettre en place les démarches commerciales et marketing afin d'atteindre voire dépasser le budget en faveur de l'entreprise
Proposer des stratégies pour chaque segment de son périmètre
Analyser les marchés sur son périmètre (potentiel, écosystème (clients de tous rangs, concurrents, sous-traitants, autorités, ...), spécificités)
Etre responsable de la production des outils et supports de communication liés à ses segments
Proposer la participation aux évènements commerciaux, et s'assurer de sa bonne organisation
Entreprendre toute action visant à accroitre la notoriété de la société
Développer les relations commerciales avec l'ensemble des acteurs du marché (clients de différents rangs, partenaires, sous-traitants...
Positionner la société sur les opportunités le plus amont possible
Etre responsable de la conformité de l'offre par rapport aux attentes clients
Valider le prix de revient proposé par la direction technique et définir la marge et le prix de vente
Participer aux clarifications et aux négociations jusqu'à signature du contrat
Etre responsable de la conformité d'un contrat protégeant les intérêts de la société
Définir avec le service projet la stratégie commerciale afin de garantir la marge du projet et la satisfaction client
Etre support du projet dans la négociation d'avenants et de claims
Profil recherché
De formation Ingénieur mécanique, vous connaissez les marchés industriels et bénéficiez d'une expérience confirmée dans une fonction commerciale. Votre force de conviction et votre persuasion vous permettent d'accroître les marges et le chiffre d'affaires de façon significative.
Personne de terrain avec un excellent relationnel, vous comprenez les attentes des clients. Force de proposition, vous communiquez les adaptations des projets nécessaires à la pérennité de notre offre. Votre dynamisme ainsi que votre sens des responsabilités seront garants de votre réussite professionnelle et de votre évolution au sein de l'entreprise.
