    Description

    Vos missions :

    En partenariat avec le Manager des Ventes, vous contribuez au développement de la performance commerciale de votre espace de vente et à la fidélisation de la clientèle. Vous assurez le développement de vos équipes et contribuez aux projets transverses du magasin.

    Rattaché(e) au Manager des ventes du secteur, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
  • Participer au développement de la performance commerciale de votre secteur
  • Participer et animer au quotidien une équipe de conseillers de vente
  • Garantir la qualité de l'accueil et du service auprès de la clientèle
  • Optimiser votre espace de vente en collaboration avec les différents métiers du Printemps
  • Participer aux autres projets en cours

    • Votre profil :

    De formation bac+4/5, vous êtes curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et aimez les challenges.

    Dynamique, vous avez le goût du terrain et appréciez le contact avec la clientèle de luxe.

    Consciencieux(se) et autonome, vous êtes doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel et faites preuve de capacité d'adaptation.

    Passionné(e) par la mode, l'univers des Grands Magasins vous attire fortement.
