- Measure and reduce emissions through the switch to less carbon-intensive mobility options (such as electric or bioethanol vehicles, shared/soft mobility solutions...) and the promotion of more sustainable mobility practices (eco-driving, fleet maintenance, ...)
- Offset remaining emissions through third-party certified projects, such as avoided deforestation, or methane recovery.
- Raise awareness among our community with access to the best knowledge, resources, and support in their transition to Greener Mobility
- Defining the Program' ambition, strategy (including key initiatives) and Business plan
- Defining our global positioning and narratives for external stakeholders
- Co-designing Program' go-to-market per country, with local business teams
- Orchestrating implementation, especially with Product & Tech teams, and sharing best practices across countries
- Owning Program' P&L
- Leading program evolution overtime, especially driving innovation' roadmap in collaboration with Product Teams
- Strengthening the carbon accounting for ourselves and for our clients
- Required : minimum 10 years of working experience, in General management or Program management roles, in international environment
- Plus : experience in carbon measurement and sustainable development, experience in strategy consulting, experience in the Mobility Industry (OEM, OilCo, EV, ..)
- Program leadership in a context of a large digital, cultural and business transformation
- Transverse management track record
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision and ambition into a data-driven strategy leading to actionable initiatives
- Experience in working with Product&Tech teams
- Business plan design and monitoring
- Go-to-market, marketing and sales
- Communication skills – ability to engage and motivate internally and externally

at global level.
"Move for Good" is a global sustainability & Business program enabling Edenred transport and mobility clients to mitigate their environmental impact and accelerate their transition towards decarbonated mobility, while promoting the preservation of biodiversity.
It is structured around 3 pillars:
Already operational in some European and Latin American countries, this program is deployed by Edenred globally.
Edenred would like to accelerate on the development of this program, and therefore is looking for its global Manager (this is a new position)
This person will be in charge of :
This person will work with a vast ecosystem of internal stakeholders (ESG and Sustainability department, Local business teams, Product&Tech, Strategy, Finance, Public Affairs / Legal, Communication, Marketing etc.), and external stakeholders (clients, corporate sustainability solutions providers etc.)
This person will report to the Strategy & Development Director Mobility
