    KHEA Concept est un cabinet d'ingénierie-conseil qui intervient en assistance technique auprès de ses clients. Cette activité BtoB repose sur la prise en charge, pour le compte de nos clients, de développement R&D de produits et/ou process. Nous pouvons intervenir en prenant en charge des workpackages ou en mettant à disposition de nos clients, des ressources ou équipes projets.

    La société a été créée fin 2009. Elle est implantée en Île-de-France à Saint-Maur-des-Fossés (94), sur Lyon (69) et sur Seyssins (38) à proximité de Grenoble.

    Nous intervenons sur plusieurs domaines, dont le transport, l'équipement industriel, les produits grand public, le luxe, la santé...

    Nous savons qu'un projet bien réalisé passe par l'épanouissement de nos collaboratrices et collaborateurs, c'est pourquoi nous veillons à ce que chacun puisse se réaliser dans un environnement idéal à leur développement.     Mission

    Pour ce poste, KHEA CONCEPT est à la recherche d'une personne et même d'une personnalité qui aura comme rôle de développer l'activité sur le secteur Rhône-Alpes.

    Basé sur Lyon 6èmeà proximité immédiate du métro Charpennes et de la gare Part Dieu , le profil gérera de l'activité sur les principaux pôles industriels de la région Lyonnaise et régions limitrophes.

    À la fois autonome et véritable team player, notre futur(e) business developer aura un grand intérêt pour les métiers de la R&D et de l'industrie. Il ou elle, saura construire un plan commercial en lien avec les objectifs du groupe.

    Le poste s'articule autour de quatre axes :

    · Développement commercial : Business plan / Chasse / élevage / Réseautage

    · Management à distance : Suivi des collaborateurs détachés chez les clients

    · Recrutement : Sourcing de profil / Veille / Relation école

    · Administratif : Reporting / Réponse commerciale / Suivi des ventes

    Il sera également un véritable ambassadeur de KHEA CONCEPT, tant au niveau clients que candidats.

    Profil

    De Formation technique ou commerciale suivie d'une première expérience validée dans le commerce BtoB et/ou la vente de prestation intellectuelle à destination des industries.

    Vous connaissez le tissu industriel régional.

    Vous disposez d'une acuité commerciale, un excellent relationnel, une passion pour le terrain, une ténacité pour l'atteinte des objectifs et un sens du service client

    Contrat CDI, rémunération fixe + primes commerciales, 12 RTT annuels, mutuelle, véhicule, téléphone.
