Poste et missions
Pour accompagner la croissance de nos 11 succursales situées au sein de la direction régionale de Paris Est , nous recherchons un(e) conseiller(ère) clientèle particuliers .
Au sein d'une équipe de 10 experts, vous prenez en charge un portefeuille de 1200 à 1500 clients.
L'objectif de votre poste est d'accompagner vos clients dans la réalisation de leurs projets autour du financement, de l'épargne, de l'assurance et de la banque au quotidien.
Votre rôle est également de fidéliser vos clients en assurant un suivi rigoureux et de développer votre portefeuille par des actions de prospection, de recommandation et de prescription.
Vous maitrisez les risques grâce au respect de la réglementation et des procédures bancaires.
Profil et compétences requises
Ce que nous allons aimer chez vous :
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau bac+2 à Bac+5 et disposez d'une expérience de 2 ans dans le secteur bancaire sur un poste similaire en agence ou en centre de relation client.
